Chief Compliance OfficerMr. Frank is General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Family Management Corporation where he has been employed since 2011. Prior to this, he held legal and compliance positions at Constellation Wealth Advisors, LLC, ABP Investments US and Crown Financial Group, Inc. He has also served as a consultant to the Office of General Counsel of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Mr. Frank began his career as a staff attorney at FINRA. Mr. Frank received a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Marist College and earned his JD from St. John’s University.
