Associate - Alternative OperationsMs. Guneratne joined Family Management in December 2025 as an Investor Relations Associate on the Alternative Investments team. She most recently served at J.P. Morgan Alternative Asset Management, Inc., where she supported end-to-end operations across a broad range of alternative investment strategies. With more than a decade of experience in hedge fund and private credit environments, Arielle brings deep expertise in investor operations, transaction oversight, and cross-functional client service. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Quinnipiac University.
